The problem

A telecoms startup growing faster than anyone could track. No methodology, no governance, no reporting cadence — so nobody could answer what was live, what was blocked, or what came next without asking three people.

What I built

  • 01Built the framework from the ground up: governance, reporting cadence, runbooks and milestone tracking.
  • 02Rebuilt the method twice as the business changed shape. Traditional Sprints first, then a five-stage Outcome-Oriented Agile model — Plan, Scope, Align, Blockers, Retrospective — and now OKRs as the primary planning lens.
  • 03Put the tooling underneath it: Notion for documentation and method, ClickUp for active delivery, with templates and reporting built in rather than bolted on.

Outcome

The business got a portfolio view it never had. What's live, where it sits, who's blocked, what's next — answerable from the board rather than from memory.
