The problem

An early-stage telecoms startup growing fast with no delivery methodology, governance or reporting cadence to hold it together.

What I built

  • 01Designed the delivery framework from the ground up: governance, reporting cadence, runbooks and milestone tracking.
  • 02Evolved the methodology as the business matured — traditional Sprints first, then a custom five-stage Outcome-Oriented Agile model (Plan, Scope, Align, Blockers, Retrospective), now OKRs as the primary planning lens.
  • 03Set up the tooling the team runs on — Notion for documentation and method, ClickUp for active delivery — with templates and reporting baked in.

Outcome

A repeatable system that gave the business a portfolio view: what's live, where it sits, who's blocked, and what comes next.
