The problem
Automation work was blocked whenever in-house dev capacity wasn't available — and outsourcing meant cost and lead time.
What I built
- 01Picked up Zoho Deluge scripting to take ownership of the automation layer.
- 02Maintained existing scripts and built new automations as the business needed them.
- 03Wrote the technical documentation that lets new team members pick up systems work without a long ramp-up.
Outcome
The automation layer kept moving without external dev support — onboarding, billing events and equipment dispatch all running.
