The problem
Every order needed a manual pick-and-ship step before customer premises equipment reached the customer.
What I built
- 01Onboarded Pine Media to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
- 02Built the API chain between the CRM, order processing and MCF.
- 03Wired it so a customer order triggers automatic dispatch of CPE from Amazon's fulfilment centres.
Outcome
The manual step between order placement and equipment arriving disappeared entirely.
